Every cleaner follows the same 10 steps, so your home is inspection ready every time.
- Arrival & property photosClear before photos of the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room and hallway.
- Oven cleaningOven and trays treated, left to work, then scrubbed. Self-cleaning ovens run and wiped.
- Bathroom cleaningTaps, shower heads and tiles descaled. Toilet deep cleaned including base and behind, bath and shower scrubbed, chrome polished.
- Kitchen surfacesWorktops, splashbacks and cabinets degreased inside and out. Hob, extractor fan, sink and bins cleaned.
- Fridge & freezerUnplugged if empty, shelves removed and cleaned, doors left open to prevent mould.
- Windows & glassAll internal windows and mirrors cleaned, sills and frames wiped.
- Dusting & skirting boardsAll surfaces, light fittings and switches dusted. Skirting wiped throughout.
- CupboardsLoose debris removed, insides dusted, doors left open.
- FloorsAll floors and stairs vacuumed. Hard floors steam cleaned. Oiled wood floors treated with a wood-safe degreaser.

Payment and cancellation
Payment terms
- Cleans under £250: £50 deposit to secure your booking.
- Cleans over £250: 25% deposit to secure your booking.
- Cleans over £400: 30% non-refundable deposit with 14+ days' notice, or 50% for bookings within 14 days.
- The remaining balance is paid when your cleaning team arrives.
- We accept card payments and bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
- Your deposit is refunded if you cancel within 48 hours of booking.
- Cancel later than 48 hours after booking and the deposit is kept, with no further charges. You'll get 10% off your next booking (valid for 6 months).
- You can reschedule once for free, subject to availability within 14 days.
